Wow, this hasn’t been updated in like… a year. My name is Jenne. I’m a wreck, plain and simple, but you get used to it. I have a whole host of health problems, nothing contagious, that like to mutate and surprise me on a regular basis. I am also extremely accident prone. I am currently 25 (quarter of a century), it varies from year to year….*mutters about calendars* I am married, there is a link *pokes right hand side of page* to the husband’s website over there. I am obsessed with a game called MapleStory. If you want to find me, I will be online, playing this game. A link to the game’s website can be found to the right, as well as a help page.

As for anything else about me? I have a couple friends. I generally socialize online with my Maplestory friends, most notably Anna, Charles, and random others from around the world. I’m not terribly social in real life, but when I am, besides a few family members, it’s reserved for church / church related things.

Real life friends… Gee, this is a short list… Family, (mom, other mom, mom-in-law, brother, bro-in-law, dad, hubby) and church folks, especially Emily (whom I love and adore). Others? Kristen, TJ (jeep wrecker :P, Buddy, Chrissy, Hair, Hannah, and just about anyone else who walks in the door. I’m still a very difficult person to get to know… I’m generally called one of the most cynical people anyone will ever meet. That title chaffs, but I live with it. I’ll work on my self esteem some other time: I just have too much other stuff to do.

Speaking of church, I go to the Foundry. (*gasp* I believe in God) It’s a southern Baptist church in one of the worst (spiritually speaking) areas of the country. I’ve accomplished / started several long-term projects, one is feeding college students around finals time (Food for Finals) and the other is going to be a bi-yearly drive for inner city shelters..clothing, supplies, whatever they need. My other half for these projects is the aforementioned Emily, whose assistance and support I’d probably spaz without.

I currently own parakeets….I tried poisoning them, but they wouldn’t die. That made me a little sad. Then we adopted a cat named Angel… I believe we got her in early July. Or was it mid-July? She was 6 and a half when we got her, she’s about to turn 7 (on Dec. 18th). She acts like a freakazoid kitten on catnip, but we love her.

Hobbies? This page will be one of them, as I shall be updating my recipes as I try them out. I get most of my recipes from Better Homes and Gardens, or from my collection of cookbooks. When substitutions can be made for vegetarian products, I’ll try my best to remember to put them in. Cooking, as you guess, is my passion *besides maple*. I also do alot of reading, and have a collection of 1,000+ books to keep me company.
